Quality management system auditors
The target audience is senior management representatives, heads of services and departments; quality managers and specialists.
The volume of the training program "QMS Auditor" is 16 ac. hours. Persons with higher education are allowed to take the course. Upon graduation, graduates who have successfully passed the final exam receive certificates of advanced training indicating the name of the program. Graduates with sufficient experience in QMS auditing may, upon their personal applications, be nominated for certification by the International Dangerous Goods and Containers Association as auditors. The auditor's certificate is valid for 5 years.
During mastering the training program, course participants study such documents as GOST R ISO 9000-2015 "Quality Management Systems – Fundamentals and vocabulary", GOST R ISO 9001-2015 "Quality management systems – Requirements", GOST R ISO 9004-2019 "Quality management – Quality of an organization – Guidance to achieve sustained success".
As a result of the training, participants will be able to:
- interpret the requirements of ISO 9001 in the context of an audit;
- plan and conduct an audit;
- draw up an audit report;
- carry out the follow-up control of activities;
- organize an audit and manage a group of auditors.
