In 2023 it is 20 years since the International Staff Training Centre (ISTC) was founded by International Dangerous Goods & Containers Association (IDGCA). More than 50 skill enhancement programs with due account for world trends in the sphere of training for experts for various branches of industry and transport were developed during this time in the Centre. In the ISTC basic international conventions, codes, regulations, standards and guidelines as well as national regulations and standards are studied. The ISTC training programs are accommodated in compliance with changes in international regulations, which are updated each two years.
In the ISTC more than 4000 Russian and foreign specialists, including working in major Russian and international companies, among them Gazprom, Rosneft, LUKOIL, SURGUTNEFTEGAZ, Dragon Oil, Sakhalin Energy, Russian and foreign shipping companies, and in many other companies and organizations, were trained. XIX International Conference "Multimodal Transport of Dangerous Goods"
In honor of the 25th anniversary of the International Dangerous Goods and Containers Association, the International Staff Training Center (ISTC) and the Association are holding the XIX International Conference "Multimodal Transport of Dangerous Goods."
The conference will be held on September 28-29, 2026, at the Novy Peterhof Hotel, located at Sankt-Peterburgsky Prospekt, 34, Peterhof, St. Petersburg.
